Tickets for events with a fixed date generally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. If submitted successfully, your withdrawal declaration will be forwarded to the department responsible for your order for further review and processing. The review, decision, and further handling of your request will be carried out by the responsible department or your contractual partner.
